Your questions, our answers

What is a therapeutic retreat in Thailand?

A four-week stay in a small group that combines professional human support, immersion in Thai nature and culture, and group life, to help each person through a difficult time.

Is it medical treatment or psychotherapy?

No. Our retreats offer support and restoration. They do not replace treatment or care from a doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist.

Why four weeks?

It takes about a week to truly unwind, then time to understand, experiment and build new habits. A short retreat rests you; a long one transforms you.

How much does it cost?

€4,500 for the Rice-Field Retreat and €5,500 for the Sea Retreat, all inclusive on site for four weeks. International flights and travel insurance are not included.

I live in Thailand. Can I join?

Yes, and many expats do. We welcome you directly on site or at the nearest airport.

What language is the support in?

Retreats are run in French. Tell us during the call if you would prefer English.
