7. Cookies and trackers
The PARTONS ENSEMBLE site sets no audience-measurement, advertising or social-media cookies, which is why no consent banner is shown.
- The SuperSaaS booking module on the discovery call page may set cookies strictly necessary for it to work when you open it to book. These cookies are exempt from consent.
- The site's fonts are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to a third party when they load.
If we ever added an audience-measurement or advertising tool, your prior consent would be requested.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to give instructions about your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, email us at infocontact@laparenthesemarine.fr or write to the postal address in section 1. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to prove your identity if there is reasonable doubt.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
9. Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data: encrypted connection to the site (HTTPS), access to files limited to the people concerned, accounts protected by strong passwords, and a confidentiality commitment from every practitioner.
